On the additional axles we manufacture, the bearings, hubs and calipers are the same as those on your vehicle's drive axle.
Additional axle production
The additional axles we manufacture for 17.5" and 19.5" wheel sizes are produced with disc or drum brakes for 17.5" and with disc brakes for 19.5".
We draw on a range of high-quality systems for effective, optimum production and develop our own tools for bespoke production. For details, see our axle manufacturing page.
From design to series production
Preparation in 3D CAD
We use 3D CAD to speed up the transition to series production and minimise design errors.
Prototype team
We work with our dedicated prototype team of engineers and specialist workshop staff.
