Isuzu Additional Axle Conversion
The ISUZU NPR 3D, ISUZU NQR 3D and ISUZU TORA are the main vehicles on which we carry out additional axle conversions. We carry out the modification using the original components used by the vehicle manufacturer.
An additional axle for your Isuzu
By fitting an additional axle we increase the net payload of your Isuzu, and we carry out this modification using the original components used by the vehicle manufacturer.
With an additional axle, the Isuzu TORA and TORA Long reach a gross vehicle weight of 21 tonnes. On the Isuzu NPR 3D and NQR 3D, an additional axle with axle lift takes the vehicle from 12,500 kg to 16,000 kg.
We manufacture the additional axles we use ourselves: the bearings, hubs and calipers are the same as those on the drive axle of your ISUZU.

Delivery
The new configuration is programmed into the vehicle's ECU using our diagnostic equipment, and the vehicle is handed over.
